Bu Gizlilik Politikası, LinguaFlow mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımı sırasında hangi verilerin işlendiğini, nasıl kullanıldığını ve kimlerle paylaşıldığını açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz.

1. Veri Sorumlusu

Bosphox Yazılım ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Bosphox"), LinguaFlow uygulamasının geliştiricisi olarak "Veri Sorumlusu" sıfatıyla hareket eder.

2. İşlenen Bilgiler

LinguaFlow'da hesap yoktur. Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı veya rehberinizi toplamayız.

2.1 Cihazınızda Saklanan Bilgiler

Ayarlarınız (uygulama dili, tema, günlük hedef, hatırlatma saati) ve öğrenme ilerlemeniz (çalışılan kelimeler, tekrar takvimi, sınav puanları, XP, seriler, rozetler) yalnızca cihazınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur ve bize gönderilmez.

2.2 Kullanım İstatistikleri (Google Analytics for Firebase)

Uygulamayı geliştirmek için aşağıdaki kullanım bilgileri Google Analytics for Firebase'e gönderilir:

Açtığınız ekranlar ve bu ekranlarda geçirdiğiniz süre
Tamamlanan çalışma oturumları, sınav ve oyun sonuçları, açılan seviyeler ve rozetler
Uygulama dili, öğrendiğiniz dil, seviyeniz ve ayarlarınız (günlük hedef, hatırlatıcı açık/kapalı)
Cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri (model, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü) ile IP adresinden çıkarılan ülke

Her kurulum rastgele bir uygulama kimliği alır. Uygulama, reklam kimliğinizi Analytics'e vermez. Bu toplamayı Profil → Ayarlar → Kullanım istatistikleri bölümünden istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.

2.3 Reklam Verileri (Google AdMob)

Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümü Google AdMob reklamları gösterir. Reklamları göstermek, ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için Google şu verileri işleyebilir:

Cihazınızın reklam kimliği (izin verdiyseniz)
IP adresi ve buna dayalı yaklaşık konum
Cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri
Reklamlarla etkileşimleriniz

Ödüllü videolar yalnızca siz "Video izle" butonuna dokunduğunuzda oynatılır.

2.4 Bildirimler

Hatırlatıcılar (günlük pratik hatırlatıcısı, seriniz bitmek üzereyken akşam hatırlatması ve uygulamayı bir süredir açmadıysanız birkaç mesaj) cihazınızda planlanır; bunun için sunucuya bilgi gönderilmez.

Bildirimlere izin verirseniz uygulama, Firebase Cloud Messaging üzerinden duyurular (ör. yeni içerik) da alabilir. Bunun için Firebase kurulumunuza bir bildirim anahtarı atar ve uygulama bu anahtarı, uygulama diliniz ve öğrendiğiniz dil için konu başlıklarına abone eder.

2.5 Telaffuz ve Paylaşım

Kelimeler cihazınızın yerleşik metin okuma hizmetiyle seslendirilir; bu hizmet (ör. Apple veya Google) okunan metni kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işleyebilir. Paylaş'a dokunduğunuzda ilerlemenizin bir görseli oluşturulur ve cihazınızın paylaşım menüsü açılır; siz bir uygulama seçmedikçe hiçbir şey paylaşılmaz.

3. Bilgileri Kullanım Amacımız

Uygulamanın temel işlevlerini sunmak (ilerleme, tekrar takvimi, hatırlatıcılar)
Hangi ekran ve özelliklerin kullanıldığını anlayarak uygulamayı geliştirmek
Reklam göstermek ve reklam performansını ölçmek
Hataları tespit etmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek
İzin verdiyseniz yeni içerik ve özellikler hakkında bildirim göndermek

4. Bilgilerin Paylaşımı

Verileriniz yalnızca aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla, belirtilen amaçlarla paylaşılır. Verilerinizi satmayız.

5. İzinler ve Tercihleriniz

Reklam izni: Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve yasanın gerektirdiği diğer bölgelerde, kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlardan önce Google'ın izin aracıyla onayınız istenir. Tercihinizi Profil → Ayarlar → Gizlilik tercihleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.
iOS izleme izni: iPhone ve iPad'de reklam kimliğinizin izleme amacıyla kullanılması için izin istenir. Reddedip uygulamayı kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz.
Kullanım istatistikleri: Profil → Ayarlar → Kullanım istatistikleri bölümünden kapatılabilir.
Bildirimler: Hatırlatıcıları uygulamadan, tüm bildirimleri telefonunuzun ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

6. Veri Saklama

Cihazınızdaki veriler, Profil → Ayarlar → İlerlemeyi sıfırla ile silinene veya uygulama kaldırılana kadar saklanır. Google'a gönderilen veriler Google'ın saklama sürelerine tabidir.

7. Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve Avrupa Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve şikâyette bulunma haklarına sahipsiniz. Hesap tutmadığımız ve ilerlemeniz cihazınızda kaldığı için bu hakların çoğunu yukarıdaki uygulama içi ayarlarla doğrudan kullanabilirsiniz. Diğer talepleriniz için support@bosphox.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.

8. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız.

9. Veri Güvenliği

Uygulama ile hizmet sağlayıcılar arasındaki tüm veri aktarımları şifreli bağlantılar (HTTPS/TLS) üzerinden yapılır.

10. Politikadaki Değişiklikler

Uygulamanın veri uygulamaları değiştiğinde bu sayfayı günceller ve yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihini yenileriz.

This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the LinguaFlow mobile app (the "App"), how it is used and who it is shared with. By using the App you confirm that you have read and accept this policy.

1. Data Controller

Bosphox Yazılım ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Bosphox"), the developer of LinguaFlow, acts as the data controller.

2. Information We Process

LinguaFlow has no accounts. We don't collect your name, email address, phone number or contacts.

2.1 Information Stored on Your Device

Your settings (app language, theme, daily goal, reminder time) and your learning progress (words studied, review schedule, quiz scores, XP, streaks, badges) are kept only in your device's local storage and are not sent to us.

2.2 Usage Statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

To improve the App, the following usage information is sent to Google Analytics for Firebase:

The screens you open and how long you stay on them
Finished study sessions, quiz and game results, unlocked levels and badges
App language, the language you learn, your level and settings (daily goal, reminders on or off)
Device and app information (model, operating system and app version) and a country derived from your IP address

Each installation gets a random app-instance ID. The App does not give Analytics your advertising identifier. You can turn this off any time under Profile → Settings → Usage statistics.

2.3 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

The free App shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may process:

Your device's advertising identifier (if you allow it)
IP address and an approximate location derived from it
Device and app information
How you interact with ads

Rewarded videos only play when you tap "Watch a video".

2.4 Notifications

Reminders (a daily practice reminder, an evening reminder when your streak is about to end, and a few messages if you haven't opened the App for a while) are scheduled on your device; no information is sent to a server to deliver them.

If you allow notifications, the App can also receive announcements (for example about new content) through Firebase Cloud Messaging. For that, Firebase gives your installation a messaging token, and the App subscribes it to topics for your app language and the language you're learning.

2.5 Pronunciation and Sharing

Words are spoken by your device's built-in text-to-speech service, which (for example Apple or Google) may process the text under its own privacy policy. When you tap Share, the App creates an image of your progress and opens your device's share sheet; nothing is shared unless you choose an app.

3. How We Use This Information

To provide the App's core features (progress, review schedule, reminders)
To improve the App by understanding which screens and features are used
To show ads and measure their performance
To detect errors and prevent fraud
If you allow it, to notify you about new content and features

4. Sharing of Information

Data is shared only with the service providers below, for the purposes listed. We don't sell your data.

5. Permissions and Your Choices

Ad consent: In the EEA, the UK and other regions where the law requires it, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent tool before ads are personalized. You can change your choice under Profile → Settings → Privacy choices.
iOS tracking permission: On iPhone and iPad, the App asks before your advertising identifier can be used for tracking. You can decline and keep using the App.
Usage statistics: can be turned off under Profile → Settings → Usage statistics.
Notifications: turn reminders off in the App, and all notifications in your phone's settings.

6. Data Retention

Data on your device is kept until you erase it with Profile → Settings → Reset progress or uninstall the App. Data sent to Google is subject to Google's retention periods.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Under the GDPR and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to its processing and lodge a complaint. Because we hold no accounts and your progress stays on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly with the in-app settings above. For anything else, write to support@bosphox.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Data Security

All data transfers between the App and its service providers use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

10. Changes to This Policy

We'll update this page when the App's data practices change, and revise the effective date above.
