Privacy Policy for the MyDrop mobile app
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, MyDrop mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanıcılarının kişisel verilerinin nasıl toplandığını, işlendiğini, saklandığını ve korunduğunu açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz.

MyDrop, kişisel bir dijital gardırop ve kombin oluşturma uygulamasıdır. Aşağıdaki bilgileri işleriz:

Kıyafetlerinizi gardırobunuza eklemek veya profil fotoğrafınız için galeriden görsel seçebilir ya da kamera ile fotoğraf çekebilirsiniz. Seçtiğiniz görsel cihazınızda işlenip sunucularımıza yüklenerek bir görsel bağlantısı oluşturulur. Kamera ve galeri erişimi yalnızca siz bir görsel eklemek istediğinizde ve izniniz doğrultusunda kullanılır.
Bildirim gönderebilmek için Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) kullanırız. Bu kapsamda cihazınıza ait bir bildirim belirteci (push token) oluşturulur ve sunucularımıza iletilir. iOS'ta ayrıca Apple bildirim servisi (APNs) belirteci kullanılır. Bildirim izni yalnızca sizin onayınızla alınır ve cihaz ayarlarından her zaman kapatılabilir.
Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak ve deneyimi iyileştirmek için Google Firebase Analytics kullanırız. Bu kapsamda; uygulama içi olaylar (ekran görüntülemeleri, özellik kullanımı), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, dil ve ülke gibi toplu/anonimleştirilmiş bilgiler işlenebilir. Bu veriler kimliğinizi doğrudan belirlemek için kullanılmaz.

Bu yerel veriler Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda cihazınızdan silinir.
Uygulama; hassas konum (GPS) verisi, mikrofon, kişiler, sağlık verisi veya ödeme kartı bilgisi toplamaz. Uygulama içinde reklam gösterilmez ve üçüncü taraf reklam ağlarıyla veri paylaşılmaz.

Ayrıca yasal yükümlülük, mahkeme kararı veya kullanıcıların güvenliğini korumak amacıyla yetkili makamlarla veri paylaşımı gerekebilir.
Yayınladığınız kombinler, yorumlar, kullanıcı adı ve profil bilgileriniz Uygulamadaki diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir. Paylaştığınız içerik konusunda dikkatli olmanızı öneririz. Yayınlamadığınız gardırop içeriğiniz yalnızca size görünür.
Hesap ve içerik verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde, kişisel verileriniz makul bir süre içinde sistemlerimizden kaldırılır (yasal saklama yükümlülükleri saklıdır).
Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa, hesabınızın e-postasından info@bosphox.com adresine bir silme talebi gönderebilirsiniz. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır.

MyDrop 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir (COPPA) ve Avrupa Birliği'nde 16 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılardan bilinçli olarak veri toplamaz (GDPR). 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğun bize veri sağladığını fark edersek, bu veriyi sileriz.
Tüm veri aktarımları HTTPS şifrelemesiyle iletilir. Oturum belirteçleri cihazınızda güvenli depoda saklanır. Verilerinizi korumak için endüstri standardı güvenlik önlemleri uygularız; ancak internet üzerinden hiçbir iletim %100 güvenli değildir.

This Privacy Policy explains how the MyDrop mobile app ("the App") collects, processes, stores, and protects its users' personal data. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accept this policy.
Bosphox, the developer of MyDrop, acts as the "Data Controller" for personal data processed when you use the App.

MyDrop is a personal digital wardrobe and outfit-building app. We process the following information:
The App lets you create an account with Google or Apple. (Sign in with Apple is offered only on iOS devices.) Authentication is handled through Google Firebase Authentication. Data processed may include:
Information you create in the App and that is sent to our servers:
You may select an image from your gallery or take a photo with the camera to add clothing to your wardrobe or for your profile photo. The image is processed on your device and uploaded to our servers to produce an image link. Camera and gallery access is used only when you choose to add an image and with your permission.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send notifications. A device push token is generated and sent to our servers. On iOS, an Apple Push Notification service (APNs) token is also used. Notification permission is requested only with your consent and can be disabled at any time in your device settings.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve the experience. This may process aggregated/anonymized information such as in-app events (screen views, feature usage), device model, OS version, language, and country. This data is not used to directly identify you.
The following is stored locally on your device:
This local data is deleted when you uninstall the App.
The App does not collect precise (GPS) location, microphone, contacts, health, or payment card data. The App shows no advertising and does not share data with third-party ad networks.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with the following providers:

We may also disclose data to authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.
Outfits you publish, your comments, username, and profile can be seen by other users of the App. Please be mindful of what you share. Wardrobe content you do not publish is visible only to you.
Your account and content data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within a reasonable period (subject to legal retention obligations).
If you no longer have access to the app, you can email a deletion request from your account's email address to info@bosphox.com. Your request will be processed within 30 days.

MyDrop is not directed to children under 13 (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect data from users under 16 in the EU (GDPR). If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us data, we will delete it.
All data transmissions use HTTPS encryption. Session tokens are stored in secure storage on your device. We apply industry-standard security measures; however, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
The most up-to-date version of this policy is always published on this page. Material changes may be announced inside the App. The effective date is shown at the top of the page.
