Privacy Policy for the MyDrop mobile app
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, MyDrop mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanıcılarının kişisel verilerinin nasıl toplandığını, işlendiğini, saklandığını ve korunduğunu açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz.
Bosphox (MyDrop uygulamasının geliştiricisi), Uygulamayı kullanırken işlenen kişisel veriler bakımından "Veri Sorumlusu" sıfatıyla hareket eder.

MyDrop, kişisel bir dijital gardırop ve kombin oluşturma uygulamasıdır. Aşağıdaki bilgileri işleriz:
Uygulamada e-posta ve şifre ile ya da Google veya Apple ile hesap oluşturabilirsiniz. (Apple ile giriş yalnızca iOS cihazlarda sunulur.) Kıyafetlerinizi gardırobunuza eklemek veya profil fotoğrafınız için galeriden görsel seçebilir ya da kamera ile fotoğraf çekebilirsiniz. Seçtiğiniz görsel sunucularımıza yüklenir. Kıyafet fotoğraflarının arka planı sunucularımızda temizlenir ve kıyafet yapay zekâ ile tanınır (bkz. 2.4). Kamera ve galeri erişimi yalnızca siz bir görsel eklemek istediğinizde ve izniniz doğrultusunda kullanılır.
MyDrop'un yapay zekâ özellikleri iki üçüncü taraf hizmet kullanır:
Bu hizmet sağlayıcılar veriyi yalnızca söz konusu özellikleri sağlamak amacıyla işler.
Bildirim gönderebilmek için Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) kullanırız. Bu kapsamda cihazınıza ait bir bildirim belirteci (push token) oluşturulur ve bildirimlerin doğru dilde gönderilebilmesi için uygulama dilinizle birlikte sunucularımıza iletilir. iOS'ta ayrıca Apple bildirim servisi (APNs) belirteci kullanılır. Bildirim izni yalnızca sizin onayınızla alınır ve cihaz ayarlarından her zaman kapatılabilir.
Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak ve deneyimi iyileştirmek için Google Firebase Analytics kullanırız. Bu kapsamda işlenen veriler:
Bu veriler sunucumuzdaki sayısal hesap numaranızla ilişkilendirilir. Adınız, e-posta adresiniz, kullanıcı adınız, fotoğraflarınız veya yazdığınız metinler (yorumlar, kombin başlıkları) Analytics'e gönderilmez. Reklam kimliği (IDFA / Android reklam kimliği) toplanmaz; analitik veriler reklam veya izleme (tracking) amacıyla kullanılmaz.
Uygulamanın kararlılığını sağlamak için Firebase Crashlytics kullanırız. Uygulama çöktüğünde veya ciddi bir hata oluştuğunda hata kaydı (stack trace), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü gibi teknik bilgiler ile uygulama kurulumuna özgü rastgele bir kimlik gönderilir. Bu raporlar hesabınızla ilişkilendirilmez ve yalnızca hataları bulup düzeltmek için kullanılır.
Premium, App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınan, otomatik yenilenen, isteğe bağlı bir aboneliktir. Ödeme Apple veya Google tarafından alınır; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Aboneliğinizi doğrulamak ve Premium'u etkinleştirmek için mağazanın ilettiği satın alma bilgilerini (ürün, işlem numarası / satın alma belirteci, başlangıç ve bitiş tarihi, yenileme ve iptal durumu) işler ve hesabınızla birlikte saklarız. Mağazalar abonelik durumundaki değişiklikleri sunucularımıza bildirir.
Yeni hesaplara 7 günlük ücretsiz Premium tanımlanır. Bu hakkın e-posta adresi başına bir kez kullanılmasını sağlamak için e-posta adresinizin geri döndürülemez bir özeti (SHA-256) saklanır.

Bu yerel veriler Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda cihazınızdan silinir.
Uygulama; konum (GPS) verisi, mikrofon, kişiler, sağlık verisi, reklam kimliği veya ödeme kartı bilgisi toplamaz. Uygulama içinde reklam gösterilmez ve üçüncü taraf reklam ağlarıyla veri paylaşılmaz.

Bu hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında (ör. ABD veya Avrupa Birliği) bulunabilir. Veriler bu sağlayıcılara yalnızca hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olduğu ölçüde, yapay zekâ özellikleri için ise açık izninizle aktarılır.
Ayrıca yasal yükümlülük, mahkeme kararı veya kullanıcıların güvenliğini korumak amacıyla yetkili makamlarla veri paylaşımı gerekebilir.
Yayınladığınız kombinler, yorumlar, kullanıcı adı ve profil bilgileriniz Uygulamadaki diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir. Bir kombini veya profili paylaştığınızda oluşan bağlantı (mydrop.bosphox.com) açıldığında, Uygulaması olmayan kişiler de kombin başlığını ve kullanıcı adınızı görebilir. Paylaştığınız içerik konusunda dikkatli olmanızı öneririz. Yayınlamadığınız gardırop içeriğiniz yalnızca size görünür.
Hesap ve içerik verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde, kişisel verileriniz makul bir süre içinde sistemlerimizden kaldırılır. Çökme raporları en fazla 90 gün, analitik veriler en fazla 14 ay saklanır. Abonelik ve ödeme kayıtları ile ücretsiz deneme için tutulan e-posta özeti, yasal yükümlülükler ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi amacıyla hesabınız silindikten sonra da saklanabilir.
Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa, hesabınızın e-postasından info@bosphox.com adresine bir silme talebi gönderebilirsiniz. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır.

MyDrop 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir (COPPA) ve Avrupa Birliği'nde 16 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılardan bilinçli olarak veri toplamaz (GDPR). 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğun bize veri sağladığını fark edersek, bu veriyi sileriz.
Tüm veri aktarımları HTTPS şifrelemesiyle iletilir. Şifreler yalnızca geri döndürülemez biçimde saklanır. Oturum belirteçleri cihazınızda yalnızca Uygulamanın erişebildiği alanda tutulur. Verilerinizi korumak için endüstri standardı güvenlik önlemleri uygularız; ancak internet üzerinden hiçbir iletim %100 güvenli değildir.
Bu politikanın en güncel sürümü her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır. Önemli değişiklikler Uygulama içinde duyurulabilir. Yürürlük tarihi sayfanın başında belirtilmiştir.

This Privacy Policy explains how the MyDrop mobile app ("the App") collects, processes, stores, and protects its users' personal data. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accept this policy.
Bosphox, the developer of MyDrop, acts as the "Data Controller" for personal data processed when you use the App.

MyDrop is a personal digital wardrobe and outfit-building app. We process the following information:
You can create an account with email and password, or with Google or Apple. (Sign in with Apple is offered only on iOS devices.) Authentication runs on Bosphox's own servers; when you sign in with Google or Apple, the identity verified by that provider is sent to our servers. Data processed includes:
Information you create in the App and that is sent to our servers:
You may select an image from your gallery or take a photo with the camera to add clothing to your wardrobe or for your profile photo. The image is uploaded to our servers. For clothing photos, the background is removed on our servers and the item is recognized with AI (see 2.4). Camera and gallery access is used only when you choose to add an image and with your permission.
MyDrop's AI features use two third-party services:
These providers process the data only to deliver these features.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send notifications. A device push token is generated and sent to our servers together with your app language, so notifications arrive in the right language. On iOS, an Apple Push Notification service (APNs) token is also used. Notification permission is requested only with your consent and can be disabled at any time in your device settings.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve the experience. Data processed includes:
This data is linked to your numeric account number on our servers. Your name, email address, username, photos, or the text you write (comments, outfit titles) are not sent to Analytics. The advertising identifier (IDFA / Android advertising ID) is not collected, and analytics data is not used for advertising or tracking.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to keep the App stable. When the App crashes or a serious error occurs, technical information such as the error trace (stack trace), device model, OS and app version, and a random identifier specific to the app installation is sent. These reports are not linked to your account and are used only to find and fix bugs.
Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is taken by Apple or Google; we never see or store your card details. To verify your subscription and activate Premium, we process and store with your account the purchase information the store provides (product, transaction ID / purchase token, start and end dates, renewal and cancellation status). The stores notify our servers of changes to your subscription.
New accounts receive 7 days of Premium free. To make sure this is used only once per email address, an irreversible hash (SHA-256) of your email address is stored.

This local data is deleted when you uninstall the App.
The App does not collect location (GPS), microphone, contacts, health, advertising identifier, or payment card data. The App shows no advertising and does not share data with third-party ad networks.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with the following providers:

These providers' servers may be located outside your country (e.g. in the United States or the European Union). Data is transferred to them only as needed to provide the service, and for AI features only with your explicit permission.
We may also disclose data to authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.
Outfits you publish, your comments, username, and profile can be seen by other users of the App. When you share an outfit or profile, anyone who opens the link (mydrop.bosphox.com) can see the outfit title and your username, even without the App. Please be mindful of what you share. Wardrobe content you do not publish is visible only to you.
Your account and content data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within a reasonable period. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days and analytics data for up to 14 months. Subscription and payment records, and the email hash kept for the free trial, may be retained after your account is deleted for legal obligations and to prevent abuse.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can email a deletion request from your account's email address to info@bosphox.com. Your request will be processed within 30 days.

MyDrop is not directed to children under 13 (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect data from users under 16 in the EU (GDPR). If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us data, we will delete it.
All data transmissions use HTTPS encryption. Passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes. Session tokens are kept on your device in storage accessible only to the App. We apply industry-standard security measures; however, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
The most up-to-date version of this policy is always published on this page. Material changes may be announced inside the App. The effective date is shown at the top of the page.
