Terms of Service (EULA) for the Söz Sende mobile app
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Söz Sende mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenleyen, sizinle Bosphox arasında yasal olarak bağlayıcı bir sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı indirerek, bir hesap oluşturarak veya Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Söz Sende; kullanıcıların "bu mu şu mu?" tarzı karşılaştırmalar ve anketler üzerinde oy verdiği, sonuçları gördüğü, yorum yaptığı, öneri gönderdiği ve birbirini takip edebildiği bir sosyal anket ve oylama uygulamasıdır.
Uygulamada yayımladığınız yorumlar, anket/öneri metinleri, seçenek görselleri, kullanıcı adı, profil bilgileri ve diğer tüm katkılar "Kullanıcı İçeriği"dir. Kullanıcı İçeriğinizden yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.
Aşağıdakiler dâhil olmak üzere şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Uygunsuz içeriği veya kötüye kullanan kullanıcıları bildirmeniz için Uygulama içinde araçlar sunarız:
Gelen şikâyetleri inceler ve gerekli işlemleri 24 saat içinde yaparız (uygunsuz içeriğin kaldırılması ve/veya ihlal eden kullanıcının hesabının kapatılması dâhil).
Bu Koşulları ihlal eden Kullanıcı İçeriğini önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın kaldırma, içeriğe erişimi kısıtlama ve ihlalde bulunan hesabı askıya alma ya da kalıcı olarak kapatma hakkımız saklıdır. Ayrıca gerekli hâllerde yetkili mercilerle iş birliği yapabiliriz.
Uygulama ve tüm bileşenleri (tasarım, logo, kod) Bosphox'a aittir. Kullanıcı İçeriğinizin hakları sizde kalır; ancak Uygulamayı işletmek ve içeriğinizi Uygulama içinde göstermek amacıyla bize dünya çapında, telifsiz, devredilebilir bir kullanım lisansı vermiş olursunuz.
Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterebilir. Reklam kişiselleştirmesi ve izleme ile ilgili ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakınız.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Kullanıcı İçeriğinin doğruluğu, güvenilirliği veya uygunluğu konusunda garanti vermeyiz. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmeyiz.
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Bosphox; Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Uygulama içindeki "Hesabımı sil" seçeneğiyle kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Bu Koşulların en güncel sürümü daima bu sayfada yayımlanır. Önemli değişiklikler Uygulama içinde duyurulabilir.
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir ve bu hukuka göre yorumlanır.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Bosphox governing your use of the Söz Sende mobile app (the "App"). By downloading, creating an account, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Söz Sende is a social polling and voting app where users vote on "this-or-that" comparisons and polls, view results, comment, submit suggestions, and follow one another.
Comments, poll/suggestion text, option images, username, profile details, and any other contributions you post are "User Content." You are solely responsible for your User Content.
You agree not to, among other things:
We provide in-app tools to report objectionable content and abusive users:
We review reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours (including removing objectionable content and/or ejecting the offending user).
We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice, to restrict access to content, and to suspend or permanently terminate offending accounts. Where necessary, we may cooperate with the competent authorities.
The App and all of its components (design, logo, code) belong to Bosphox. You retain the rights to your User Content; however, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use it for the purpose of operating the App and displaying your content within it.
The App may display ads through Google AdMob. For details on ad personalization and tracking, see the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of User Content, and do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bosphox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You can permanently delete your account at any time using the "Delete my account" option in the App. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
The most up-to-date version of these Terms is always published on this page. Material changes may be announced inside the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
